NTTU Properties Management Office constructed an online system to allow faculties and staff to announce their reusable items for reclaim. The item is then transferred accordingly for reuse. 574 items were transferred to other staff for reuse in 2019.
5.
Damaged or expired office property items need to be handed into the Properties Management Office for reuse. The Properties Management Office holds auctions on reusable estate items for students, faculty and staff twice a year. Many students purchase second hand computers, monitors, laptops, cameras, etc. at an affordable price.
6.
Other recycling programs include: Reusable dining tools like steel chopsticks, spoon, plate, bowl are used at the dining halls and cafeteria to comply with regulations. Use of recycled paper made copier paper, both sides of paper to be used are also implemented in offices.
