Environmental Volunteers of the Community
The Tzu Ching Club members of our school visit Tzu Chi Environmental Recycling Center around communities in Taitung on a regular basis (every Friday). Together with the masters from Tzu Chi Foundation, we lead the children to engage in garbage classification and resource recovery, so as to promote the climate of environmental sustainability and protection in the community and foster community children’s environmental awareness.
For many years, Tzu Ching Club members have been visiting Tzu Chi’s Recycling Center next to Jing Si Hall in Taitung city every Friday to guide children in garbage sorting and recycling together with the masters of the Tzu Chi Foundation to raise their environmental awareness.
In club activities or community service activities, we ate vegetarian food and used environment-friendly tableware to protect the environment, save energy and reduce carbon, and protect the earth.
